baked beef meatballs
i dont really have anything to say about it. they're just some nice, easy, meaty balls. goes good in spaghetti or a meatball sub.
this recipe makes 8 meatballs that are about 2 inches in diameter
ingredients
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (any kind!)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground peppercorns
- 1 egg
- 1 lb ground beef
instructions
- preheat oven to 400F (thats like 204C)
- whisk the egg in a small bowl
- in a big mixing bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion pwder, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- add the egg and beef to the mixing bowl and get in there with your hands, incorporating the seasoning and egg into the beef until its all evenly distributed
- let it sit for 5 mins to let the breadcrums soften.
- line a baking sheet with parchment or foil, then divide the meat mixture into 8 pieces and roll them into balls.
- place them on the baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes
